Job Description

Due to company growth, we are looking for new consultants. You will specialise in a preferred industry but should have basic knowledge of other industries in the region. We offer a strong commission structure and incentives.

Do you have a solid understanding of one of more industries? Do you understand the local market when it comes to hiring? Are you able to establish strong relationships, open new clients and close deals? If yes, we need you!

This is a 360 degrees recruitment role where you will be responsible for the entire contract recruitment process from client engagement, to placement of successful candidates in relevant vacancies. In this role, you will be working with clients and candidates within numerous industry sectors. You will use our client and candidate database whilst networking to build your own client and candidate pool. You will coordinate the candidates and clients throughout the complete hiring process. This is a permanent position for someone to start ASAP.

Job Responsibilities

Have a fantastic track record in growing new client accounts.

Be capable of spotting business opportunity and have strong business development skills.
Screening potential candidates for the roles with your clients.
Conducting detailed telephone interviews with professional level candidates.
Coordinating the interview processes.
Negotiating salaries.
Continuously building your own database and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates in your market.
Ongoing updating of your database.


You're fluent in English, both written and verbal. Arabic language skill would be a bonus!
You're an excellent communicator and have a strong drive to achieve success.
Possess a high level of self-motivation.
Have the confidence to pick up the phone/cold call and open new clients.
Be confident in meeting CEO's, Hiring Managers, and HR Directors for face to face meetings.
Any Sales skills are a plus.
